(TSXV: IMI) (the “Company” or “IMMC”) is pleased to announce that it is in the process of changing the name of the Company to “Millennium Silver Corp”. In conjunction with the proposed name change, the Company has reserved “MSC” as the new ticker symbol for its common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSX-V”). The proposed name change and ticker symbol change are subject to final approval by the TSX-V.
No action will be required by existing shareholders with respect to the name change. Share certificates issued representing common shares of the Company will not be affected by the name change and will not need to be exchanged. The Company encourages any concerns of shareholders in this regard to be directed to their broker or agent.
Grant of stock options
The Company also announces the granting of 7,840,000 additional stock options, with an exercise price of 0.05 cents per share, for the purchase of a maximum of 7,840,000 shares of the Company. , expiring on June 1, 2026. Stock options are issued to directors, officers and employees of the Company and are subject to regulatory approval.
